Dehydration: Raw chicken butcher cut feet are dehydrated at 165 degrees Fahrenheit, for 20 hours.
Frozen Raw to Dehydration to Delivery: All of my butcher cut and prepared foods are cut in small batches, then air-tight sealed and frozen immediately. In a sterilized kitchen working area: once I thaw out meat products, I immediately wash product thoroughly, pat dry, and place in the dehydrator. Once dehydrated, all meat product is inspected and then weighed out properly packaged with a desiccant pack to absorb any additional moisture. Then hand delivered to the buyer within 2 to 3 days of ordering.
