SHIPPING POLICY

At Crush Love Dog, our treats are made in small batches and prepared to order. We currently offer shipping within the United States using USPS Ground shipping.

Order Processing

Because our treats are made to order, please allow time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Once your order has been prepared and is ready to go, it will be shipped using USPS Ground.

Shipping Within the United States

Crush Love Dog currently ships within the United States only.

All shipped orders are sent using USPS Ground shipping.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Orders under $55 will have the applicable USPS Ground shipping charge added at checkout.

Orders of $55 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

The $55 minimum is based on the merchandise total before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

FREE Local Delivery — Cadence Community

If you live in the Cadence Community in Henderson, Nevada, we offer FREE door-to-door delivery.

To receive free Cadence delivery, customers must call us directly to place their order.

Cadence customers who place an order through the website will receive the standard shipping options available at checkout.

Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on order volume and USPS service.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.

USPS delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Crush Love Dog is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact USPS and check with members of your household or neighbors.

We will do our best to assist you with any shipping issue.
