SINGLE FOOD INGREDIENTS: All product is final sale, because it is a food product, and inspected before shipping, it is yours upon arrival. If your canine does not like it, we will ship something else for free, on us, with the same price value.

Traditionally, since this item is handmade, it takes 2 weeks to prepare the item for shipping. 

Sometimes we don't always have the product in stock, and shipping may take a little longer. Traditionally, when an order is placed, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days to ship out via USPS Ground Shipping.
