Dehydration: Raw beef kidney butcher cut is dehydrated at 165 degrees Fahrenheit, for 13 hours. (Most companies dehydrate longer, leaving the organ meat dry and brittle, ours is done with perfect dehydration times.)

Our Special Dehydration Process: We believe great treats shouldn’t be bone-dry and brittle. Many commercially dehydrated organ treats are processed for extended periods, which can leave them extremely dry, hard, and brittle. Our beef kidney is carefully dehydrated at 165°F for approximately 13 hours, creating a unique texture that is fully dehydrated while retaining a little natural tenderness and chew. The result is a rich, savory treat that isn't rock-hard or crumbly — just dry enough for preservation, with a satisfying texture dogs love.

Frozen Raw to Dehydration to Delivery: All of my butcher cut and prepared foods are cut in small batches, then air-tight sealed and frozen immediately. In a sterilized kitchen working area: once I thaw out meat products, I immediately wash product thoroughly, pat dry, and place in the dehydrator. Once dehydrated, all meat product is inspected and then weighed out properly packaged with a desiccant pack to absorb any additional moisture. Then delivered to the buyer within 2 to 3 days of ordering.
